Di Suvero Sculpture

On Friday May 3rd, Paxton was involved in the relocation of a sculpture by the renowned artist Mark di Suvero. The nearly ten ton piece was de-installed at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, DC in order to travel, via two flatbed trailers, to San Francisco.

The sculpture will join 7 other di Suvero pieces in an exhibition at the Golden Gate Parks entitle "Art in the Parks: Mark di Suvero at Crissy Field."

Paxton worked with our client Fine Art Specialists and Atlas Logistics to bring together the necessary resources to complete this project. The exhibition opens in San Francisco on May 22nd.
