David Stange and Elaine Smythe Attend Tennesee SHRM

Nearly 100 human resource professionals gathered at the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management in Nashville, Tennessee. Paxton’s David Stange, Director of Global Business Development led the meeting and monitored a panel entitled “Emerging Trends In On boarding, Talent Acquisition, and Retention to Place Your Organization a Cut Above the Rest.”

This included a collection of experts from Way Solutions, Care Co Med Solutions and Eagle Sore High Coaching, providing practical and strategic guidance on emerging trends in talent acquisition, the importance of successfully on boarding new hires and relocating transferees, as increase retention rates. Sharing best practices in the field, including challenges and barriers, the panelists presented real world experience and what they are doing to help their clients and companies develop strategic, systemic plans to attract top talent and keep them.
