Bill Paxton and the Pie Aftermath

Paxton management and employees came together Wednesday, February 4th for a pie throwing event benefiting Bertrams School in South Africa, a Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs Internationaux (FIDI) charitable cause. Before the event began, managers layered and geared up in anticipation, trying to find a way to escape the inevitable - their efforts - futile.

Employees eagerly lined up to purchase the shaving cream filled pies and seek out their target; there was even some manager-on-manager pie throwing. Bill Paxton, COO and Treasurer and Freddy Paxton, CMO were the first two graciously bombarded by pies.

Paxton International’s management Shannon Viveiros, Mindy Cafiero, Crystal Cuellar, Abdoul Housseini and team leads Tara Robinson, Salik Dulal, Ally Nordstrom-Geraghty and Nathalie Dillon, followed them.

In the end, the event sold over 50 pies and raised over $1,000 for Bertrams School! Bertrams is a school in South Africa which educates underprivileged children. The event was all in great fun and although management could not lick the pie off their face, they sure did go home that evening smelling great!
